Dr. Kristen Renn, Associate Professor of Higher, Adult, & Lifelong Education at Michigan State University, will discuss the issues faced by LGBT student affairs professionals as they rise through the ranks of university administration. In 2003, Dr. Renn presented this information in an article in NASPA's Leadership Exchange, interviewing LGBT senior student affairs officers. Dr. Renn will be joined by some of these SSAO's in a conversation aimed to assist LGBT professionals and their supervisors in creating the best climate for advancement in student affairs.

Webinar will be on November 27, 2007 from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, EST.
